Join me in the kitchen for a fun, informative and hands-on cooking class!
We all know we should be eating more fruits and vegetables, so why don’t we? Together, we will make a variety of recipes that will introduce you to healthy, plant-based foods that taste amazing and are a great way to sneak in those leafy greens and colorful seasonal produce!
Menus are designed around fresh, seasonal ingredients and simple recipes that even the beginner home cook will feel comfortable making.
These classes are a great way to meet new people in the community, a fantastic night out with friends, or a fun experience shared with family.
You will be able to enjoy a three-course meal during class, as well as take home breakfast and lunch for the next day! Feel free to bring your own wine to be enjoyed during class.

Carly is an excellent chef, her recipes are seasonal, easy to prepare and chock full of taste and ingredients that do more for your body than you can know. You get more than you bargain for at her classes. She puts you at ease in the kitchen, even if you have zero cooking experience. Mason jar salads RULE! I would highly recommend these classes to others (just hope you get a spot before they sell out!).Nicole
I give Carly and her cooking class 5 stars! Carly has energized my way of thinking about healthy foods. I love the fact that she describes why we are eating certain foods and has introduced me to foods that I was unfamiliar with! Carly's classes are fun, as well as educational. I would recommend these classes to anyone wanting to change their lifestyle in a healthy way!Rebecca
I loved the cooking class! I felt welcome, even not knowing anyone. I loved the real, "clean" food and how many recipes we made with ease and yummy flavors that I normally do not use. It gave me encouragement and reignited my passions! Thank you for the great space and location as well.
Thanks to these cooking classes, I have picked up tips on cooking times, how to prep specific vegetables and interesting ways to have healthy treats. Many of the recipes I make at home now, since they are simple and easy to whip up, even during a hectic workweek. The atmosphere of the classes are fun and upbeat, and Carly is very personable and motivating. I would recommend these classes to people who are looking for a fun evening out, looking to try something new and add variety to their recipe collection, and who are looking to incorporate healthier foods into their lifestyle!Holly
