In my most recent contributor post for Best Kept Self, I touched on four simple ways to get that healthy summer glow all year long! Even though summer is coming to a close (enter sad face), it doesn’t mean that healthy glow has to go, too. I even shared one of my favorite smoothie recipes to keep you glowing from the inside out!

“Growing up in Florida, my goal was always to have that covetable summer tan all year long. I can’t tell you how many days I spent lying on a raft in my family’s front driveway to soak up the sun’s rays. By the way, the raft was for comfort and the backyard was too shady to get a good tan. Oh, the life of a teenager.
Nowadays, my goals have shifted a bit and as a busy entrepreneur, I have limited time and resources to achieve that healthy summer glow. Plus, as I get older, my health becomes more of a priority than the golden hue of my skin! So instead, I look to my lifestyle and what’s on my plate to help me glow from the inside out.”
