Many of the ingredients are used over again and can be found in your local grocery store. Throughout the plan, we utilize the power of leftovers to help keep budget and time preparing foods in check.


And don’t worry – you don’t need to complete all three weeks consecutively in order to reap the health benefits. You can choose to do just one week here and there if you are craving a faster reset or have an event coming up where you want to look and feel at your best!

Carly is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach whose mission is to guide you towards whole, nutritious eats and a healthier lifestyle by transforming what’s on your plate and beyond. Her own transformation that led her towards a newfound level of energy and vitality started with a daily green smoothie, which is why you will see them included in this plan! She believes that what we choose to fuel our body and mind with ultimately affects how we feel and function.

The kitchen is Carly’s favorite place to be, whether she’s recipe testing, cooking for her own family and friends, or hosting a cooking class to teach others how to make healthy foods taste amazing and satisfying. When she’s not cooking, Carly loves to travel and experience new places and adventures, as well as snuggle with her fur baby, Deacon, aka the sous chef over at FitLiving Eats!
