WHY THE EMPHASIS ON PLANT-BASED RECIPES? 

Because no matter what diet or lifestyle you choose to follow, all nutrition experts agree that we should be eating more fruits, veggies and plant-based foods for longevity and overall improved health.

But don’t worry. My goal is to meet you where you’re at in this journey which is why many of the recipes include modifications, whether you’re looking to incorporate Meatless Monday on a weekly basis, are vegan, or even needing to please the meat lovers in your family.
